OUR SERVICES

 

Curated. remains open and will continue to fulfil orders as usual. We have regular contact with our artists and despite the current situation, they are still producing art and have enough supplies and scope to produce any type or size of canvas that may be required.

DELIVERY

We are constantly reviewing any service changes with the major freight companies we use (FedEx, DHL, UPS). Currently there are no significant changes in delivery time scales however we will keep all our customers updated every step of the way. If you have any questions relating to delivery timelines, please get in touch with us so we can provide an estimated delivery time based on your location.

RETURNS

We have decided to extend our returns policy from 14 days to 30 days from receiving the order to help customers who may need to self isolate. 

SUPPORTING OUR ARTISTS

With galleries and retail spaces closed, our artists  are in desperate need of the support of our customers. Curated. will be running a site wide discount to make the art more affordable so please join us in our solidarity to support artists and the conservationists.
